THE BASIS FOR BUSINESS.
Your work has its home in the team space. Internal processes show a measurable improvement when each department is given a tailored working environment. Concentration skills and mood improve with a strong team spirit.
SHARED SPACE. EXCHANGING IDEAS AND NETWORKING.
Collective zones provide a shared-use space where you can meet up or have time to yourself. Networking is no longer arranged, but happens by chance. In the shared space, the traditional meeting culture is supplemented by a new way of communicating.
IDENTITY SPACE. THE FACE OF A COMPANY.
This is where a company’s brand comes alive. In the reception, during hospitality, at meetings or in spaces where management is present.
1 TEAM LEADERSHIP.
Leadership requires closeness to the team as well as discretion when dealing with individuals. A workspace that offers privacy, but is also directly integrated into the team area, makes both possible.
2 INDEPENDENT TASKS.
If you need to concentrate, you need quiet. Screened off workspaces enable you to achieve your aim without being disturbed.
3 COLLABORATIVE TASKS.
Teamwork spaces for 4–8 people. A nearby standing table or flipchart bring clarity to your work. Screened off to make sure that colleagues working nearby are not disturbed.
4 MIXED TASKS.
Workplace settings for both individual work and joint tasks. For teams that belong together, however different their tasks may be.
1 OPEN COLLABORATION.
Settings with an open design and few individual spaces. Where groups of up to eight people can meet spontaneously. Usually not booked.
2 TOUCH DOWN.
Temporary workspaces with low to medium levels of privacy. Usually not booked.
3 QUIET AREA.
An enclosed quiet zone with temporary workplaces for individuals who want to focus 100% on their work. These zones have a code of conduct: no phones, skype calls or discussions. Individual workplaces are usually booked.
4 TIME OUT.
Open settings where you can relax during a break, often with drinks available. Not booked.
5 MEETING ROOM.
A closed room that allows for privacy and discretion. Best suited to arranged meetings between groups of people. Usually booked.
6 IDEA LAB.
Separate spaces for developing ideas. This spatial concept supports group dynamics with flexible furnishing as well as analogue and digital tools, such as the IDEA WALL. Usually booked.
7 BUSINESS BOX.
A closed room for privacy and discretion. Perfect for individuals who want to focus 100% on the task in hand. Usually booked.
This is where the visions and passions of management are felt and experienced.
Official events and representative spaces highlight skills and inspire confidence.
Corporate culture is revealed as soon as you enter the reception. Here, you can ensure that your company comes across as friendly, authentic and respectful.
Hospitality is a personal gesture that shows the company’s appreciation of both visitors and staff.
