B-Loose: CONTRACT FURNITURE HOUSE LAUNCHES AT 100% DESIGN
A specialist furniture house is launching at 100% Design, 21-24 September 2006. B-Loose, a new brand for the industry, offers a beautifully edited collection of loose contract furniture, hand-picked from some of Europe's top manufacturers. The London showroom will be co-located next to the existing Clerkenwell HQ of sister company, Bene, one of Europe’s leading office furniture manufacturers. With selected pieces from, amongst others, Walter Knoll, Denz, Bene, Matteo Grassi, Borks and LaPalma, B-Loose is set to become a valuable new resource for architects, interior designers and specifiers that want the optimum furniture for break-out areas, lounges, auditorium, reception, library and meeting spaces. Target markets will include offices, hotels, conferencing venues, restaurants and leisure facilities.
"Our focus will be on specialisation, providing a core collection of really beautiful furniture, that is currently not widely promoted in the UK," explains Martin Daly, B-Loose Managing Director. "B-Loose has been set up to offer exclusivity of product, excellent service and professionalism. We will serve the A + D community at large, with a focus on high-end and bespoke projects within both UK and international markets."
Responding to the growing workload of architects, designers and specifiers – and commensurate pressure of time – B-Loose will become a rare and efficient conduit between a small number of high-quality manufacturers and those that demand excellence.
"In some ways, B-Loose is a throwback to the 70's and 80's when companies would have exclusivity for just 5 or 6 lines," adds Daly. " Clients will visit and consult us for the best products and service, whether they are working on a project here or abroad. We aim to develop close relationships with clients, so much so, that we want to anticipate their thinking and stay a step or two ahead of evolving trends."
B-loose, the loose furniture house, will launch on stand L44 at 100% Design, 21-24 September 2006 at London’s Earls Court and can also be found at its new permanent showroom at 55 St John Street, London EC1M 4AN, telephone 020 7689 1234.
