EOOS at Bene London
On the 2nd December 2004, guest speakers EOOS gave a fascinating insight into their design world. The main purpose of their visit was to introduce the FILO chair that was designed by them exclusively for Bene.The FILO chair offers flexibility without mechanical support. Inspired by a Japanese master in archery, EOOS, a renowned Viennese design team, concludes that concentration is a result of movement. EOOS have thus translated the marksman's bow into FILO's armrest: It's all about minimal movement and the lightness that is inherent in FILO's structural setup. A weightless yet at the same time robust design which makes complicated mechanical adjustment redundant: A perfectly shaped chair for conference, meeting and management applications.
