Hola Barcelona.
In May 2007, Bene opened its own showroom in Barcelona, one of Europe’s top design centres, thus continuing its trend toward quality design internationally. This is an outstanding example of Bene’s modern office design.Living Office.
Bene's Iberia showroom is located in Gran Via, one of the largest and fastest growing developments, only a 10-minute drive from Barcelona’s city centre. A 120-m² exhibition space offers an ideal platform for showcasing Bene’s world. Visitors step into a living office – a showroom and interactive office – a combination that allows for experiencing products in daily use and presented on stage. As stationary workstations, the new T-platform tables have been introduced. Everything is centred on communication: The new AL Conferencing and Media Room offer a venue for meetings, conferences and presentations in a design-oriented and technically sophisticated setting. "We have implemented a modern office concept", comments José Enrique Gras, Bene Iberia’s managing director, the opening positively.
Bene Open House.
The opening of the showroom at Gran Via 16-20 in 08902 L' Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona’s new trendy business district, was celebrated with a one week open house on May 14, 2007 – together with customers, business partners, friends and staff. Albeit Construmat, Spain’s largest construction fair, took place at the same time, or maybe because it did – Bene’s showroom is located only half a kilometre from the trade fair area – Bene welcomed many customers. Aside from architects and designers, visitors included trade partners of Bene Iberia in Barcelona, Catalonia, Madrid and Valencia. 20 design and architecture critics attended Bene’s lunch on May 31, 2007 to sample Austrian wines and Sachertorte.
Bene Iberia and the Spanish market.
The Spanish real estate market has experienced a boom in recent years and further construction projects are underway in the metro areas of Madrid and Barcelona. Leading companies consider office design an essential management tool and seek specific and customised office design that facilitates communication. Bene offers an exclusive product portfolio for all areas of the office featuring premium design and functionality. Bene stands for holistic office design and quality of design.
A number of references attest to the solution and service competence of internationally successful office furnisher Bene. Last year Bene Iberia implemented first projects, including partnerships with Nexica, a software company, and Procter & Gamble. Other examples include: Acciona in Madrid, Editorial Segundamano in Madrid, UBS and Triumph in Portugal.
"We are looking ahead to an exciting future to establish the Bene label on the Iberian Peninsula. Many architects and designers have already recognised our potential. Together we develop office solutions that reflect and present a company’s culture and identity, " says Martin Höffinger, Regional Sales Manager South Western Europe.
