ACOUSTICS

Open office layouts require sound-absorbing measures in order to lower noise levels and create an optimal acoustic environment in the space. The RM Room Module, a Class C sound absorber, allows the creation of an acoustically comfortable, distraction-free environment that enables different activities such as communication and concentration.


Acoustic element structure

Combined Class C sound absorber, made of 32 mm melamine resin foam on 2.5 mm hard fibre board. Sound absorption level α_w: 0.75.
(75 % of the noise is absorbed and transformed into dynamic heat energy). Only 25 % of noise is reflected into the space.
