Bene design in Kortrijk

For the first time, Bene joined the much renowned and prestigious “Interieur“ design fair in Kortrijk, Belgium this year. Bene proved its competence in office design with new products and concepts – and presented itself as a strong partner in the markets of Benelux and France.

In roughtly 40 years of its existence, this fair has turned into a prominent and trendsetting hub of contemporary design. Between 13 and 22 October 2006, more than 350 international companies and designers exhibited their products, each of which had to apply before being selected to participate.

Success needs identity. Identity needs space. Offices need Bene.
"The name Bene stands for integrated.design of offices as living space and for design quality", explains Thomas Bene, Chairman of Bene AG. "Our furniture design offers our clients an important design element. Shapes and colours are intended to inspire and create atmosphere." Being the leading European furnisher of offices, Bene is convinced that there is an obvious connection between the design of offices and work space, corporate culture and a company’s success. Bene’s philosophy is successfully applied through its concepts, products and services in collaboration with clients and partners.

Today’s office gives more space than ever to communication, and office work is shifting from desks to interactive spaces. In its reduced and minimalistic trade fair stand, Bene displayed the following products: the AL Conference Table, awarded with the "red dot" prize for design, with invisible integrated multimediamedia and presentation technology, the conference chair Filo, the Bene Coffice Interactive with a touch screen for easy access to information, the dynamic shell chair Rondo in trendy floral design, and the new T-Platform desks. "For us, the ‘Interieur’ was a great opportunity to address mainly architects, interior designers and a general public interested in design", Thomas Bene complimented the highly professional visitors at the fair.
