The company owns and manages prominent projects in the Ukrainian capital. With Headquarters in Kiev, Ukraine, Peredovye Tekhnologii employs professionals in various areas of activity including foreign advisors for selected projects.
Project
The brief was to design a contemporary space for this modern development company, to include communication zones, a main representative area, private offices, a VIP cinema and an open space for employees. Attention to quality and the shape of the designed premises was required. The VIP office layout was based on the idea to separate a closed primary representative area servicing the owners of the company, their partners and visitors, and the open area for employees. Both areas enjoy individual communication zones, concentration centers and relaxation areas. Bene produced standard and bespoke furniture and decoration solutions as per the architects’ design.
