Sonae Sierra is an international specialist in the shopping centres field. The company is present on the markets in Portugal, Spain, Italy, Germany, Romania and Brazil. Sonae Sierra has 48 shopping centres with a gross leased area of more than 1.9 million square meters.
The new representative office of Sonae Sierra in Bucharest is located in Baneasa, in the Business & Technology Park Building, a modern office building.
The 1,150 sqm of office open space must be organised so as to reflect Sonae Sierra’s principles:
a wide concept of the space must be developed and implemented. Elegance, functionality and high quality are a must. Bene was chosen for this assignment due to its convincing presentations, quick answers, flexibility and adjustment capacity.
