The international office furniture expert Bene was again granted the right to bear the federal coat of arms at the beginning of November and was voted one of the top 10 employers with the most modern corporate culture in Austria. With these two major awards, Bene confirms its important role as a creative company and an attractive employer in Austria.
After an interruption of several years, on 12 November Bene once again received the right to bear the coat of arms of the Republic of Austria for its services to the Austrian economy, for extraordinary achievements and commitment. This award was bestowed upon the international office furniture expert by the Federal Ministry for Digital and Economic Affairs for its continuous and intensive work for Austria as a business location. "Ongoing investments in new ideas and often unconventional approaches have shaped Bene's corporate philosophy for many years. Progress and change have been and still are the driving factors behind the innovative products and solutions we find for our customers in Austria and around the world," says Michael Fried, Executive Board Member for Sales, Marketing and Innovation at Bene, proudly about the recognition of the company’s achievements at the award ceremony by Elisabeth Udolf-Strobl, Federal Minister for Digital and Economic Affairs.
Just a week earlier, the Bene Group was pleased to receive another award. In a ranking of the best employers with the most modern corporate culture that was done by kununu, the largest employer assessment platform in Europe, Bene took third place in Austria. "Bene is an employer that cultivates a modern corporate culture. The working conditions at the company and the team spirit among colleagues received the best ratings," says kununu, quoting one user: "You feel welcome from day one, and despite the size of the company, it always feels like you are part of the family." The award ceremony took place in cooperation with XING as part of the New Work Sessions on 6 November at the Bene showroom in Vienna. The rating was determined in accordance with the kununu culture compass.
