Bene receives award for top training programme

The Economic Chamber of Lower Austrian (WKNÖ) honoured the best training programmes in the state at the end of May, and awarded Bene the special trophy for 2019 for having the most victorious trainees in competitions. With two first-place and one second-place finish in the State Trainee Competition 2019 in Pöchlarn, the international office furniture specialist’s next generation also had a successful start in the 2019 competition season.

In recent years, Bene trainees have had a total of four first-place, one second-place and two third-place finishes, as well as many other top placements, in federal and state championships. Our junior employees were also successful at SkillsAustria and international competitions. Bene received the special trophy for Training Programs in 2019 and was once again rewarded for the top-quality apprenticeship training programmes we offer.

Bene is very pleased about the current successes of its trainees. At the Lower Austrian State Trainee Competition for Joiners and Carpentry Technicians on 25 April in Pöchlarn, Miriam Auer, an apprentice in carpentry technology and planning, won first place, and Michael Schallauer, an apprentice in joinery, took second place.

Bene’s regular successes over several years in various state and federal competitions reflect our thorough and diligent professional and personal training programmes. They are the result of a custom-tailored and practical education in which Bene places equal emphasis on technical know-how, social competence and team spirit.

The Bene Group currently offers training in Austria and Germany for young employees as joiners and carpentry technicians, IT technicians, industrial business managers, technical designers, supply chain specialists, finance & accounting assistants, as well as a combination curriculum (technical designer, office administrator). The overwhelming majority of our trainees traditionally receive a permanent position after completing their apprenticeship.
