From 23 to 25 June 2019, Bene opened its first exhibition space in Israel, with over 100 guests, customers and friends in attendance. In 120 m² at the showroom of its local partner Global in Tel Aviv, the international office expert is presenting future-oriented office solutions for communication and exchanges as well as for management and team work in the modern office. Bene and its innovative office solutions fit Israel perfectly, as the country has positioned itself as a hub for start-ups, innovative companies, and international tech giants.
Approaching the end of a very successful first half of 2019 for Bene Switzerland, the long-established, Austrian-based company last week held the Bene Open Days in the Wallisellen showroom, from 25 to 27 June, presenting a selection of classic lines and new products. Over 100 interior architects, architects, designers, change managers and customers attended as guests of the international office furniture expert, and were clearly delighted by the innovative working environments on display, and the inspiring keynote presentations.
Last week at DENFAIR Melbourne, Australia’s largest furniture and design fair, Bene presented its multiple award-winning furniture ranges PIXEL and STUDIO by Bene and a Think Tank for the first time in Australia. In this fifth instance of DENFAIR Melbourne from 20 to 22 June, international companies and high-end brands introduced their current innovations and ideas for the home to over 8,000 visitors. This was the first year in which office furniture was also included.
The Economic Chamber of Lower Austrian (WKNÖ) honoured the best training programmes in the state at the end of May, and awarded Bene the special trophy for 2019 for having the most victorious trainees in competitions. With two first-place and one second-place finish in the State Trainee Competition 2019 in Pöchlarn, the international office furniture specialist’s next generation also had a successful start in the 2019 competition season.
The redesigned Ars Electronica Center in Linz opened to the public once again on 27 May 2019 following extensive renovation work. To celebrate Clerkenwell Design Week in London, from 21 to 23 May the Bene showroom at the beating heart of London’s design district will be transformed for three days into a creative PIXEL workshop and meeting point for members of the international architecture and design scene. It will also showcase the Backboard – from the multi-award-winning range STUDIO by Bene – fresh from its much-applauded appearance at the Salone del Mobile.Milano. For the 10th anniversary year of the UK’s greatest design festival, more than 300 exhibitors will present their latest innovations and ideas for the future.
