In 2009 Bene launched a new kind of furniture: PARCS enabled unconventional office layouts, breaking away from established formats and routines. Jointly developed with the London design duo PearsonLloyd, it defined a new quality of office interaction – informal, inspirational and communicative. Bene is currently celebrating the 10-year anniversary of this colourful, creative furniture range that quickly became a classic and is now a standard feature of modern office environments.
The best ideas don’t come about from working alone – complex tasks and interdisciplinary projects require teamwork. But what does good teamwork require? How can ideas be turned into innovation? And what contribution can be made by office spaces? Bene presented its latest workplace concepts and new products for Teamwork 2.0 at B1, Victoria House in Central London. Designers Luke Pearson and Tom Lloyd of London studio PearsonLloyd, gave an exciting keynote presentation to open proceedings. A fun packed party was organised to celebrate the 5th anniversary of PARCS, Bene’s successful range of furniture by PearsonLloyd– as well as the fruitful cooperation of this successful designstudio with Bene, together changing the office world.
Toguna Circle is the latest furniture launched by Bene as part of the groundbreaking and successful PARCS range designed by Pearson Lloyd. It has been developed to create team spaces within open plan office environments. The lounge-like design of Toguna Circle creates lively meeting spaces to support a range of activities and simultaneously foster great team spirit.
Offices are expanding, merging, switching locations, combining departments and putting a new face on their buildings. This should benefit everyone: Customers, employees and the company. The design of the office plays a crucial role in all of this. PearsonLloyd developed the PARCS Series for Bene.
