Bene’s P2 Management Programme creates a professional working environment. The furnishing concept for management offices enhances the character of the executive office as a place for communication and a room for making clear decisions. Bene achieves the “red dot award: product design 2008“ for its P2 Management Programme by the Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen.
Design: Christian Horner
With the P2 Management Programme, Bene is opening up new options for office design: The cubic shapes organise rooms and create new spaces for communication. P2 unites the increased demand for functionality and quality with the ability to create a customised and individual design. The furnishing concept combines the company’s values and personality of the manager with sophisticated simplicity.
P2 adapts to the room. The furniture’s options for versatile configurations and the integrated office technology ensure high levels of flexibility. Desks, accessory furniture, side and back boards can be combined according to personal requirements and architectural standards. The various components fit to different room sizes. Flexible elements and varying design: Colours, surfaces and materials form distinctive and consistent connections.
This minimalist solution by Bene lets the materials take centre stage. Quality surfaces such as veneers, glass, real leather and brushed aluminium create exciting contrast, providing the designer with an ex-tensive palette. They invite you to touch them. High gloss surfaces are a new feature in the office. LEDs, which can be flushmounted and integrated within shelves, are another highlight in this manage-rial, decision-making environment. Attention has been paid to every detail. P2, with its combination of materials and workmanship, tempts you to look further: the pencil grooves and desk pads lined with leather and the self-closing aluminium drawers set sophisticated trends. The wall’s skin, as a design element, opens up new perspectives for wall systems. The first class, flame-resistant materials that cover the walls look like leather and provide more room for the interplay between different colours and materials.
High grade materials sit at the heart of the effective modern office: media and information technology. Communication technology remains hidden behind the prominent ends of the desk, and is easily and conveniently accessible via the plug boxes mounted flush in the desk top. P2 focuses on the individual requirements of the user in terms of technology design. The data cabling area is made-to-measure for the user.
