Visionary design, bold colours and creative staging are the defining characteristics of the Bene showroom in London. Clean lines and a structured style focus attention on the Bene product range. The attractive showroom is designed to highlight the essentials in a smart setting with strong colour schemes of red, yellow, green and blue.
The newly refurbished showroom is in Clerkenwell, the heart of London’s creative and design scene. The extensive display area of 738 m2 is spread across four levels, with an additional separate exhibition space, illustrating the breadth and quality of the Bene product range in a contemporary and comfortable setting.
Bene defines the office as a living space with varying types of zones and areas for different activities: areas for focussed, uninterrupted work fit seamlessly into open-plan spaces, alongside zones for teamwork, social interaction and lively collaboration. As well as classic product ranges such as PARCS, the executive ranges AL and P2, and TIMBA, Bene’s showroom also features their latest multi-award-winning innovations, STUDIO by Bene, and LEVEL – an electrically height adjustable desk which allows the user to alternate between sitting and standing positions. The highlight of the showroom is PORTS (created by Pearson Lloyd) – a revolutionary design line for the new style of collaboration and leadership.
In today’s modern working environment, it is also important to provide areas for uninterrupted and focussed work –particularly in the current climate to support physical distancing in the workplace. Bene’s NOOXS Think Tank and PARCS DOCKLANDS offer solutions for creating acoustically screened zones for confidential meetings or spaces for silent concentration.
The design was inspired by the typical 19th century London building, which was divided up into small offices. In contrast the showroom’s modern interpretation features bold, bright accents in Bene’s new corporate colours. Diverse needs of requirements are being met with different kinds of spaces, designed for collaboration, communication and concentration.
Today’s office environments reflect a range of different working styles with correspondingly varied requirements. The choice of colours, materials and surfaces and the way they are used in the building influence the character of this space and define the atmosphere.
