The new CCC Research and Development Centre in Polkowice is one of the most spectacular office projects in Poland in recent years. CCC converted its existing headquarters, warehouse and factory into a modern office and technology park. The interior of the former industrial hall was completely redesigned, creating a new functional room division. The industrial character perfectly fits the company philosophy and product range of CCC and provides a distinctive atmosphere.
The Research and Development Centre of CCC is divided into three sections: purchasing department, sales department and a unit for product research and development. There are also three reference stores and a spacious office area. The entire area of the centre is about 3,500 square meters with an additional office area of 2,000 square meters. Modern workplace solutions create diverse zones for various needs: classic workstations with Delta by Bene, communication islands with PARCS Causeways, temporary retreat areas with DOCKLANDS and Bay Chairs for concentration and recreation as well as meeting rooms from the Filo management program for discussions and communication.
The company has experienced very rapid development, which means that the spatial solutions mainly had to be flexible to accommodate the constantly changing requirements of CCC. Łącki Krzywoszański Architekci implemented many special solutions, for example with a mezzanine as an additional usable area. Instead of using fixed walls, the interior space was designed with the modern glass wall system RF from Bene.
Grey and white hues as well as the wood material dominate the interior design. Bene TIMBA Stools & Tables combined with many natural light sources add a comfortable ambiance to the centre’s industrial flair.
