Modern working in a historic setting

LGT Bank Austria is one of the best employers in the country. In the ranking of the "Best Workplaces 2021" in Austria, it is ranked sixth in its category. Not necessarily surprising, as a lot has been done to ensure that employees feel comfortable in the company - and in their workplace itself. The concept and implementation for the office of the Vienna branch came from Bene.

The task was to create an office environment that supports the unique ambience of the classical architecture and at the same time meets the requirements of a modern working environment. By using NOOXS as a modular room partitioning system, Bene succeeded in structuring the open office without disturbing the view of the stucco ceiling with its prominent ceiling painting. The free-standing wall system has also improved the acoustic in the room and the lighting conditions enormously.

All workplaces are equipped with electrically height-adjustable LEVEL LIFT desks, which enable alternating work in a sitting or standing position. It has been proven that staying in motion not only promotes the health and well-being of employees, but also their ability to concentrate and their motivation. CT containers at the desks and the K2 modular storage system provide sufficient storage space.

A perfect symbiosis between functionality, reduced design and a historical setting that offers employees everything that makes up a working environment of today.

The brief for the office space planning was to create the right spatial conditions so that the employees feel comfortable and can develop individually. Particular attention was paid to the values of respect, a long-term approach and entrepreneurial thinking.
