Stora Enso is the global rethinker of the paper, biomaterials, wood products and packaging industry. The innovative company employs approximately 28,000 people worldwide.

Rethinking the old and expanding to the new is their company philosophy and change engine. This philosophy has been successfully translated into a spatial concept by A-Konsultit Architects. The building core has been opened up and the stage has been created for a smart and generous spatial concept resembling the urban landscape of Helsinki. The open work space links to the central landmarks; Uspenski Orthodox Cathedral, the market place and the sea. A-Konsultit Architects have created an open office concept that promotes spontaneous exchange, personal encounters and team work, that is conductive to communication, cooperation and recreation.

Design, functionality and quality were the key factors during the planning process. Vallila Interior & Bene met all of these requirements and we are very pleased with the new working environment.
