COOMO by Bene in the spotlight at Design Palazzo Austria 2026
April 2026 – Vienna / Milan. As part of Design Palazzo Austria 2026, Bene is presenting “COOMO,” a versatile sofa system that stands out as a distinctive contribution from the Austrian furniture industry. The exhibition, part of Milan Design Week 2026, brings together more than 30 design positions in the historic Palazzo Confalonieri in Milan.
Flexibility through clear system logic
COOMO is based on just three basic elements that can be combined flexibly. This allows for a wide range of configurations suitable for both office and residential environments, adapting to changing requirements.
Sustainability through circular design
A key feature of COOMO is its consistently circular structure: components are replaceable, covers are removable and renewable, and the construction is fully recyclable. This principle enables long-term use and reduces resource consumption.
A response to new spatial concepts
With COOMO, Bene demonstrates how furniture design can adapt to hybrid working and living environments. The system exemplifies an approach that combines flexibility, durability, and design clarity.
