Together with clients and partners Bene designs places for communication, cooperation, concentration and recreation. The office becomes a living space, divided into a variety of zones and areas, similar to an urban landscape — perfectly tuned in to the specific work processes and day-to-day requirements of employees.
In order to attract the interest of foreign companies, a modern, high-quality pilot space was to be created in one of the buildings of the Beijing Life Science Park. Bene was commissioned with this task - not least because of its worldwide experience in planning and implementing sustainable office landscapes.
The Francis Crick Institute, a biomedical research institute, moved into a new, state-of-the-art building in central London in 2016. With 1,500 employees, it is the largest biomedical research institution in Europe. Architects Pilbrow and Partners were commissioned to remodel the space to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within as well as between the institute's departments.
