In order to attract the interest of foreign companies, a modern, high-quality pilot space was to be created in one of the buildings of the Beijing Life Science Park. Bene was commissioned to do this - not least because of its global experience in planning and realising sustainable office landscapes.
The Francis Crick Institute, a biomedical research institute, moved into a new, state-of-the-art building in the centre of London in 2016. With 1,500 employees, it is the largest biomedical research organisation in Europe. Architects Pilbrow and Partners were commissioned to remodel the premises to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within and between the institute's departments.
