Two reports on the future of work.
Two reports on the future of work.
What opportunities do therefore digitalisation and artificial intelligence offer to companies and their employees? How should managers reinterpret their role? What is it that actually motivates people to work today? And what is it that makes our work not just successful, but also fulfilling?
To explore these topics, Bene published THE FUTURE OF WORK Report in 2018. It is based on interviews with around 40 experts from internationally established companies and provides an overview of assessments and opinions of the future of work and what it might look like.
In 2020, in cooperation with the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research (ISI), 1,200 people from 34 countries were asked about the current state and future of work and the results were summarized in the CHALLENGE THE FUTURE OF WORK Report, which provides new food for thought.
The qualitative THE FUTURE OF WORK Report was thus supplemented by a quantitative survey – the CHALLENGE THE FUTURE OF WORK Report. Some of the answers confirmed the theses of the first report, others were more than surprising. The report summarizes the findings on four relevant aspects of the future of work: Digital Transformation, Leadership, Purpose of Work, and Collaboration.
