Manfred Huber and Benedikt Wolfram join the Executive Board at Bene GmbH

Starting immediately, Manfred Huber is responsible for the operational processes and technical progress of the company as the new Chief Technical Director (CTO). Benedikt Wolfram is the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Together with the existing ExecutiveBoard Member for Sales, Marketing and Innovation Michael Fried, the three of them now form the new Bene Executive Board.

Bene GmbH appointed two new Executive Board Members, Manfred Huber (56) and Benedikt Wolfram (41) to take over from Jörg Schuschnig, Executive Board Member for Operations and Finance, who is turning his attention to new professional challenges. The expansion of the Executive Board strengthens the sustainable growth and future development of Bene GmbH as an international office furniture manufacturer.

As Chief Technical Director, Manfred Huber will contribute his competencies in strategic corporate development as well as profound technical expertise in office furniture manufacturing. Having most recently served as CEO of hali, he was primarily responsible for corporate restructuring and brand repositioning. Together with his team, he implemented important key projects involving hali’s sustainable development, thereby contributing to the company’s lasting success.

His new responsibilities include operations, logistics and purchasing. “The transfer to Bene’s Executive Board allows me to work in an exciting and international environment as well as to take on new tasks within BGO Holding. I am looking forward to contributing to Bene’s continued successful business development in my area of responsibility and to optimising the economic foundations for the company’s innovative strength and sustainability”, says Manfred Huber.

Benedikt Wolfram will take over the areas of Finance, Legal and IT as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Before joining BGO Holding this year, Mr. Wolfram worked as Chief Financial Officer at Alu Menziken Group and Puls Group. In his new role as CFO of Bene, he will drive forward the company’s sustainable development: “As an industry pioneer in the office furniture industry, we are working together to implement long-term and sustainable growth strategies, even in economically challenging times.”

Jörg Schuschnig, Executive Board Member for Finances and Production, will leave the company on 1 September 2022. “We would like to thank Jörg Schuschnig for his tireless commitment and the significant contribution he has made to Bene over the past six years. Together, we have implemented many ground-breaking projects and ensured a healthy and, above all, sustainable company growth, despite the difficult times. Having Manfred Huber and Benedikt Wolfram on the Executive Board, I am looking forward to continuing a fruitful and loyal partnership”, says Michael Fried, Executive Board Member for Sales, Marketing and Innovation.
