Each task its zone
Bene's showroom in Munich was completely redesigned in September 2022. On 300 m2, visitors will find everything that makes up today's working environment - divided into zones that offer a wide variety of settings for different types of tasks.
Inviting communal zones
for a strong sense of togetherness
Areas of interaction such as the reception and the Work Café create a place of encounter with the Coffee NOOXS and the CASUAL series and strengthen the sense of community and belonging to the company. Right next door, one finds the cloakroom with the lockers for personal items and an inviting Settle Bench.
Creative teamwork finds its space in the Innovation Lab. The main player here is PIXEL - a box that can be much more than that. It is also a table, a bench, a stool, a stand. And with the PIXEL Rack, the matching frame, it easily becomes a room divider, shelf and media station. Settle Sofa and Wing Chair add upholstered cosiness to the setting.

Diverse working environment
The NOOXS Think Tanks, which also function as soundproof telephone booths, provide even more privacy. Next to it, the Timba High table for informal meetings in the second Work Café of the showroom. Three Team Work Spaces show how different collaboration can look like: One setting shows the STUDIO product line, a workplace system for everyone who lives, works and thinks design, it is modular, visually reduced and functional at the same time. Another setting with Bene classics such as the Level Lift Twin Table with KX and K2 storage space and the PARCS Wing Chair. And a third team work setting shows a combination of Level Lift tables as individual workstations and the Delta High for joint project work and meetings.
If a more confidential setting is required, the RG Loft glass wall creates a clear separation and the PARCS American Diner offers additional acoustic and visual protection.
Shared management redefined
Shared management works best with PORTS. The modular, flexible system of table, storage, lounge and task chair meets all the requirements for productive, inspiring collaboration. Like a modern high-performance harbour, PORTS is a multifunctional hub where people find each other just as much as ideas and work processes.
Bene's home office highlights get their own space with X-PRESS, a mobile, foldable workstation with integrated height adjustment, and U-LIFT, the most space-saving of the height-adjustable design desks and a Bay Chair.
About the showroom
The new showroom in Munich, with its diverse zones, is a best practice example of what task-based working can and could ideally look like.
