In collaboration with Bene, Hilti created an open-plan office that places strong emphasis on both employee wellbeing and productivity. The workspace combines open work areas, quiet zones and meeting spaces to support different work activities throughout the day.
Height-adjustable LEVEL LIFT desks form the ergonomic foundation of the office, encouraging movement and flexibility while supporting healthy working habits. Combined with T-Panel Pure, the workstations offer subtle visual and acoustic separation while maintaining the openness of the workspace.
Storage solutions such as KX Storage and Locker_S help organise personal belongings and shared materials while giving structure to the open office landscape. Integrated into the workspace, the lockers support flexible desk sharing and help maintain a clear, well-organised environment. Integrated planter boxes introduce greenery and contribute to a welcoming, balanced atmosphere.
To support individual concentration within the open-plan layout, acoustic retreat spaces such as the NOOXS Think Tank provide enclosed areas for focused work, confidential conversations or virtual meetings. The EQUO office swivel chairs, upholstered in Hilti’s corporate red, introduce a strong visual accent to the workspace. Their ergonomic design ensures comfort during longer meetings and collaborative sessions.
The FILO Table forms the central meeting point of the office. Its clear lines and generous proportions create a calm and professional atmosphere for discussions and presentations.
The DELTA PURE desk stands out with its distinctive trapezoidal table, creating a dynamic layout. Supported by warm wooden legs, the design combines architectural clarity with a welcoming, almost residential character, making it well suited for smaller meetings, project discussions or focused teamwork.
