This company has decided to transfer its headquarters to a new location in Paris, France. Spread over one and a half floors, this new space includes 434 work stations and various collaborative spaces. Bene was chosen as a partner, due to its design, but also its various sustainability certifications.
New office concept for
identity,
openness and
well-being
The opportunity was seized to set up a new organization and to offer an image that better reflects its identity, with more openness, efficiency and sharing, while improving the well-being of its employees. Therefore, Bene decided to use various products from the PARCS range. PARCS helps to create unconventional office settings that allow people to take a break from their daily routine, and to catch a breath of fresh air.
Inspiration meets Open Space
Like parks in big cities, PARCS creates community areas across the office floor that serve as a link and encourage shared use. They allow for random as well as planned meetings to take place, for sharing ideas, developing something together, or just taking a break.
Comfort and wellbeing
Hybrid working has enabled employees to work from any place they choose, be it the office, home or a third place. However, many aspects of an office cannot be fully recreated online or in other workspaces. Well-designed offices are not only places of inspiration, but also offer the right kind of setting for a variety of tasks, and nurture social interactions.
Design for cooperation and culture
Comfort and wellbeing at work have become a priority for employees and were an essential requirement in the design of this project. Creating open, colourful and comfortable places for employees to meet, discuss and work together reflect the corporate culture of this fast-growing company.
