Which type of office suits hybrid working?

The world of work is in constant flux; the rate of change has accelerated significantly since the coronavirus pandemic. Concepts such as working from home and remote working are now firmly established and a growing number of companies are relying on so-called hybrid working models – including Frauscher Sensortechnik GmbH.

The requirements for office design have changed accordingly, by asking questions like these: how can offices become places that promote creativity, productivity, collaboration and inspiration? As well as: if the entire staff is never in the office at the same time, why does everyone need their own workstation? At Frauscher, there are therefore fewer individual workstations than employees. The spaces with the height-adjustable LEVEL Lift desks are reserved via an app, and at the end of the office day, personal belongings and documents can easily be stowed away in a staff locker.

Opportunities to interact are becoming even more important than usual. Here are a few of the many that Frauscher offer: The SETTLE sofas invite everyone to work together in an especially cosy atmosphere. The modular design makes it possible to create different comfortable settings within the office landscape. The practical, small PARCS pop-up stools are a flexible addition.

The PARCS American Diner creates the ideal setting for meetings and group work in smaller teams. The room-within-a-room combination together with the PARCS Club Table in the centre provides acoustic and visual screening, as well as sufficient peace and quiet. If you need even more privacy, for example for video calls, it is best to use the NOOXS Think Tanks.

Holding meetings around a table is also possible with the DELTA and DELTA High, where you can talk standing up or sitting down on the TIMBA Stools, for example. Another space worth mentioning is the project room set up with the PIXEL “building blocks”. This space opens up creative scope with its flexible usage options and is mainly used for training courses, workshops, but also for internal and external information events.

All in all, the new office of Frauscher Sensortechnik GmbHin the CI colours is an example of what one of the many answers to the requirements of the “hybrid” working world could look like.
