Multigate specialises in marketing strategies at the point of sale. Design and aesthetics play a very important role here. The office was also to be designed accordingly, which was more than successful with an overall concept from Bene. The address on Vienna's traditional Fleischmarkt already suggests that the office space is a classic old building. And so it is. One of the challenges was to retain the typical charm while at the same time creating a modern, clear aesthetic.
A total of 16 classic workstations with T7 desks and two managing director's offices with Delta by Bene and a meeting island with PARCS Club Chairs were set up over a total area of 400m2. Plenty of storage space was required so as not to disrupt the simple, smart design. This is provided by hinged door cabinets and CT mobile pedestals for documents and storage.
In addition to the workstations, the overall concept also includes all the other zones and areas that a modern office landscape needs today: for example, there is a meeting room with Filo Table & Chairs, communication islands with PARCS Causeways and Club Chairs and a kitchen area with Timba Table & Chairs.
And it wouldn't be a successful overall concept if everything wasn't right down to the smallest detail. Selected merchandise partners such as Muuto, Walter Knoll and Artemide complete the smart overall look with their products.
We stand for unique creative ideas and sales-promoting impulses and our new office had to reflect this. We immediately felt understood by Bene, from the initial consultation to the conception, planning and realisation. It was a wonderful, collaborative partnership with an end result that even exceeded our expectations.
