Therefore, they were adamant on creating a working environment that fosters collaboration and a sense of belonging.
COLOURS OF BELONGING
In the heart of an industrial building with exposed concrete ceiling, wooden accents, acoustic curtains and vibrant orange touches across the office bring some warmth and coziness while showcasing the corporate culture in the space.
Several areas dedicated to informal encounters were created, thanks to our TIMBA Stools, SETTLE sofa and PARCS Club Table: the cafeteria is a place to rest and enjoy a friendly conversation in between colleagues, as well as a perfect spot for a quick meeting that doesn’t require ultimate privacy.
PRIVACY & PERFORMANCE
Working with different types of clients worldwide, from private companies to public institutions, security and privacy are important issues for Salience. That's why our RG walls were chosen to create meeting rooms that offer privacy when needed.
Salience considers its employees as its greatest asset: they are the reason its performance remains strong. To ensure their performance, Salience chose some high performance and durable furniture, such as our DELTA benches, T-Panel Curve and CT Pedestal.
