Study on well-being in the workplace

The world of work is undergoing transformation. Hybrid models, where employees flexibly alternate between home office and on-site work have long become part of everyday life in many companies. This trend is reshaping not only workflows and corporate cultures but also the requirements for modern workspaces. Bene is accompanying this change with innovative concepts that demonstrate how offices can become places of connection, collaboration, and concentration.

Open-plan offices reach their limits

A recent Bene study highlights that traditional open-plan offices often fail to provide sufficient quiet for focused work. Only around 20 percent of respondents consider their work environment quiet enough. Noise and a lack of private spaces are among the biggest challenges of modern office work.

Flexible solutions for focus and collaboration

The design of workspaces must therefore be rethought. Bene develops modular, flexible, and acoustically optimized solutions that enable both focused work and creative teamwork. Furniture made with sound-absorbing materials, mobile partitions, and work pods create spaces for concentration. At the same time, open meeting zones such as lounges, coffee bars, or team areas encourage spontaneous exchange and strengthen a sense of community.

Enabling hybrid collaboration

Hybrid collaboration also plays a key role. Bene designs meeting rooms equipped with modern technology and flexible furnishings that seamlessly connect the office and home office.

Diversity instead of standardization

Modern offices thus become versatile environments that harmonize communication, concentration, and well-being. They give employees the freedom to choose the space that best suits their task and working style - creating real added value in an increasingly flexible world of work.
