Bene has been a member of the UN Global Compact since 2010, an initiative that calls on companies to do business responsibly and to stand up for human rights, labour standards, environmental protection and anti-corruption. Bene supports the 10 principles of the UN Global Compact and is committed to achieving the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

SDG 3: Health and well-being.

Bene promotes the health and well-being of its employees and customers by designing ergonomic and flexible workplaces that encourage movement, creativity and collaboration.

SDG 8: Decent work and economic growth.

Bene creates jobs and promotes the professional development of its employees by offering them training opportunities, fair working conditions and an inclusive corporate culture.

SDG 12: Responsible consumption and production.

Bene reduces its environmental footprint and improves its resource efficiency by manufacturing high-quality and durable products that are made from sustainable materials and are recyclable. Bene uses renewable energy and avoids waste and emissions.

SDG 13: Climate action.

Bene contributes to climate protection by reducing its greenhouse gas emissions. Bene is committed to promoting awareness of climate protection and the need to implement the Paris Agreement.
