Inspiring workplace

With this project, Bene created an inspiring working environment that combines modern design, maximum functionality, and individual customer needs. From the initial idea through planning to the complete furnishing, Bene managed the entire project, positioning itself as a holistic partner for spatial design. By combining Bene products with selected solutions from trading partners and custom-made elements, a tailor-made overall concept was developed that reflects the client’s vision and needs.

From the very beginning, close coordination with the client was central. Together, needs and working methods were analyzed in order to develop a coherent concept. Through professional consulting and careful planning, a workplace environment was created that equally promotes efficiency, communication, and well-being.

Entrance area

The entrance area was custom-made and complemented with high-quality carpentry installations. At the client’s request, the reception was clad in fine bronze, showcasing the company’s value and at the same time conveying appreciation toward clients and employees.

Lounge and communication area

In the lounge and communication areas, the CASUAL Bench High and CASUAL Table High provide space for informal encounters. Particularly eye-catching is the wall-integrated PARCS Causeway bench, custom-built into a semi-circular wall niche. The back wall of the niche is covered with a decorative floral wallpaper, giving the area a homely and inviting character.

Meeting rooms

Clear lines, bright colors, and natural materials such as wood create a calm, professional atmosphere. Large windows with white acoustic curtains allow plenty of daylight, while stylish details such as floral arrangements and subtle decorations give the room a personal touch. The combination of functionality and homely design makes the room ideal for focused meetings in a pleasant environment.

A particular strength lies in the flexible use of space: two smaller meeting rooms can be combined into a spacious boardroom accommodating up to 24 people.

Management Offices

The management offices were equipped with the PORTS Table and PORTS Storage, which integrate harmoniously into the modern spatial concept. The furnishings combine functional work areas with comfortable seating such as armchairs and lounge chairs, creating a flexible environment for focused work and informal exchange.

Conference and meeting areas

For meeting and conference areas, the PORTS Chair as a swivel chair and the PORTS Lounge Chair were used.

Workplaces

At the workstations, Level Pure Lift desks were installed, enabling ergonomic work through height adjustability. The K2 storage system ensures order and structure. The furnishing of each office was planned individually according to specific needs. Greenery with K2 Planter Boxes impressively underlines the modularity of the K2 storage program.

This project shows how Bene realises a holistic room concept by combining planning, consulting and furnishing. The close collaboration with the customer and the combination of Bene furniture and merchandise partners resulted in an inspiring and functional working environment that is optimally tailored to the company's needs.
